Les Constructions Chapam Inc. begin their activities in 2007 in the residential market in Montreal. SO Condos, project mainly consists of units of type 3 ½, which was the first project of the company and a big success. Les Constructions Chapam Inc. is among the finalists in the price of the Domus APCHQ in category: unit rental or condominium at 200 000$ or less. The company also won them first prize in the category: buyer's choice and customer service, more than 10 units and less than 40 units.

With this strong start, the company continues to improve while remaining true to its mission to collaborate with contractors caring and competent to provide an avant-garde architecture, hip design and materials quality. Les Constructions Chapam Inc. are projects located a stone's throw from downtown Montreal and outstanding after sale services. In 2008-2009, the company continues with other projects such as Vima Condos, the DECA Condos, Lofts on Craig's Gardens and the Knox.

In preparation for 2009 and 2010, four new phases of project development SO Condos are already on the way in the area southwest of Montreal. The proximity of the Atwater Market, Lachine Canal and downtown are the benefits of this growing sector housing. Les Constructions Chapam Inc.
