Les Constructions CHAPAM Inc. started their residential market activities in 2007 in Montreal. They were in charge of housing projects located near the downtown area with an exceptional customer service during and after the sale. From 2008 to 2011, the enterprise followed with other deluxe condo projects such as Vima condos, DECA Condos, Craig's Lofts, Jardins Knox and other phases of the SO condos in the Southwest area of Montreal.

 

In 2012 and 2013, it is with great enthusiasm that CHAPAM contributed to the development of the Verdun area with the construction of the V1 bannantyne, V1 Gordon and L7condo projects, all 100 % sold. The V1Jardin project is in presale, with delivery expected in autumn 2013. This project is comprised of 2 and 3 bedrooms units, roomy and luxurious.

 

Now in construction in the Rosemont area , the ROCHE condominiums project is a top-of-the-line private project. Some of these units are still available, with delivery expected in autumn 2013.
